I live and work in the area and often stop by for lunch. The staff are usually great — kind and helpful. But the doorman working tonight was an absolute joke. Rude, talking nonsense, and trying to act like he runs the place. I didn’t have time to escalate it since I was grabbing dinner essentials for my kids. I’ve been to hundreds of Tesco stores, and this one has by far the most clueless, uneducated, and overgrown but heartbroken GMO-fed big guy. I won’t be shopping here again until Tesco teaches their door staff some basic manners and stops letting these people invent fake “policies” and argue with customers in front of managers. Avoid!!!
